Philippa South
Philippa has over 20 years of FMCG commercial leadership and consultancy experience, with extensive CPG industry knowledge across brand and own brand.
She has significant UK and international experience, and has led the development and delivery of large-scale capability and consulting programmes for retailers, suppliers and service providers alike. Her previous employment includes commercial leadership roles at Nestle, Mars, Lindt and IGD.
Philippa’s expertise is in commercial strategy, account planning, sales and negotiation, category management, coaching and leadership. Philippa is also a qualified psychological coach and holds an Advanced Diploma in Coaching.
Emma Pettitt-Mitchell
Emma has over 20 years of commercial and leadership experience, working in private and public sector. These include leadership director roles and consultancy in FTSE 100, FMCG , consultancy and as a Non-Executive Director (NED) in FMCG, NHS and Local Government.
Emma’s expertise is in commercial strategy, negotiation, category management, coaching and leadership. Emma was the Commercial Director of Convenience for Tesco and Central Co-Op, were she lead numerous transformation projects.
Emma is accredited in C-Me Profiling and DISC, is an Executive Coach, as well as being a Wisdom & Wellbeing Practitioner and Mental Health First Aider.
Sean McCurley
Sean has over 25 years of commercial experience with Marks & Spencer and Tesco in the UK and internationally.
Extensive consultancy involvement with major blue-chip clients in FMCG, both on the retail and supplier side, delivering capability development programmes and commercial strategy.
Sean’s extensive expertise is in negotiation, commercial strategy, value chain and category development.
Richard Crabtree
Richard has vast experience across brand, own-brand and licensed products and all channels. He has worked at all levels including board on a global basis.
His previous employment up to board level includes Mars, Northern Foods, United Biscuits (Pladis) and Burtons Biscuit Co (Ferrero) and various NED roles.
Richard has consulted on numerous projects and clients from global FMGC suppliers and retailers to many start-up’s.
Core commercial areas of expertise include selling, negotiating, influencing and presentation skills, world class customer management, terms and Joint Business Planning, cost price change management, go to market plans, Leadership and coaching/mentoring.
